Doctor of Science
Between 2002 and 2005, Andrey was Dean of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, where he was also Director of Training Programmes for its senior management team. He has been an Advisor to Russia’s Minister of Education and Science since 2005, and served as Dean of Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO between 2006 and 2013.
He also headed a group of experts from G8 countries on Russia’s education initiatives and helped to develop a modernisation programme for education in the country. Since 2013, he has taught at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO and served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Project 5-100, which aims to improve the competitiveness of Russia’s leading universities among the world’s top research and education centres.
He holds a PhD in Technical Sciences and was awarded an Order of Friendship of Peoples and an Order For Merit to the Fatherland (I degree) in 2006.
