Alexander is Head of Project Work and mentor for IIDF Acceleration Programmes. Alexander specialises in consulting in innovations and practice-oriented learning. His teaching focuses on three student segments:
- Top management and talent pools for major companies (Executive Education);
- Young professionals from 20 to 25 (Master’s programmes);
- Acceleration programmes for technical entrepreneurs.
Alexander’s key disciplines and interests include: lean startup, customer development, sustaining and disruptive innovations, change management, team management and situational leaderships, agile teams and experiential learning models.
Alexander graduated in Finances and Credit from Moscow’s RANEPA in 2008. After finishing his studies, he spent over 10 years in business development and launching financial products in international groups. As Sales Manager and Regional Representative, Alexander helped Santander Group, Volkswagen Bank RUS, Volkswagen Financial Services and Volkswagen Group Finanz enter the Russian market, giving him rich experience in launching business from the ground up in regions across Russia and of transforming existing business models in financial services for the automotive market.
As a mentor and project manager, Alexander has helped to validate over 100 innovative ideas for various industries. Working in the IIDF and as an independent consultant, he has helped dozens of IT startups launch or relaunch their business at pre-seed and seed stages.
