Olga holds a degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and an equivalent of PhD in Economics from the Romanian Ministry of Education. Her research focuses on the role of MNCs in the current international relations, particularly those from emerging markets such as China and Latin America. Her studies also cover topics like the role of the state in international business, the activities of MNCs with state participation, the impact of state ownership on MNCs' involvement in sustainable development, and types of state ownership in MNCs.
Olga is a member of the Academy of International Business (AIB), actively participates in international conferences, and serves as a reviewer for scientific journals. She received the Best Reviewer Award from the European Journal of International Management (EJIM). She has interned at UNCTAD in Geneva and at Rosatom's International Business Department, and taught at MGIMO during her postgraduate studies. Olga is fluent in Romanian, Russian, English, and Spanish, and has an intermediate level of proficiency in French and Italian.
