Research

SKOLKOVO School of Management conducted a study among representatives of large Russian companies with 1,000+ employees. Most respondents were HR directors or heads of employee development departments. 

The report outlines key research results, insights, and comments from HRDs of major companies (Tele2, Haier, X5 Retail Group, Raiffeisenbank, AFK Sistema) and professors of SKOLKOVO School of Management. 

It also contains the conclusions of Denis Konanchuk about the specifics of adult online learning and how LIVE learning (Learning in Virtual Environment) works, derived from the results of training more than 10 thousand students of corporate programmes of SKOLKOVO School of Management between 2020 and 2021.
